Card Information
¡¤Your official card will be effective 3 days after receiving it, and will be valid for one year.
¡¤You will start accumulating points 3 days after you receive your official card; past spendings will not be counted.
¡¤On the first use of the card, you will be able to create your own personal password.
¡¤We have 3 kinds of member cards: Phoenix Card, Phoenix Silver Card, and Phoenix Gold Card.

Point Accumulation Standards
With the exception of special promotions and rates, your spendings in our hotel will be put into your Phoenix Card account and your accumulation of points is as follows:
Room Rate¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡1 RMB=1 point
Food & Beverage¡¡¡¡¡¡3 RMB=1 point
Entertainment¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡2 RMB=1 point
Each point will be calculated and put into your account.

Point Accumulation
Guest Room: points will be awarded only for the price of the room. (only room rates of 336 RMB or higher qualify)
Food & Beverage: points will only be rewarded for discounts of 25% or lower.
Entertainment: points will only be rewarded for discounts of 40% or lower.

Locations of Point Accumulation
You can accumulate points in any facility in our hotel except for our rental shops (Beauty Salon, Clothing Shops, and Convenience Store).

Club Member Requirements
In these types of room reservations, our members are not eligible to receive points:
Travel groups
Individual guests of Travel Agencies
Booking company reservations
Conference group reservations
The following exceptions apply to Food and Beverage point accumulation:
Conference group meals
Travel group meals
Wedding and birthday celebrations

Priority for reservations in our guest rooms, restaurants, and entertainment facilities.

Phoenix Club Benefits
Gold Card: After accumulating 10,000 points you can receive 1,000 RMB redeemable in our hotel and 2,000 kilometers will be added to your Air China Companion Card.
Silver Card: After accumulating 10,000 points you can receive 800 RMB redeemable in our hotel and 2,000 kilometers will be added to your Air China Companion Card.
Phoenix Card: After accumulating 10,000 points you can receive 600 RMB redeemable in our hotel and 2,000 kilometers will be added to your Air China Companion Card.
After accumulating 120,000 points you can receive 3,000 RMB redeemable in our hotel and 10,000 kilometers will be added to your Air China Companion Card.

Remarks
Your Phoenix Club benefits will be added to your card when you receive the required amount of points. Whenever you would like to redeem your benefits in our hotel, just show your Phoenix Card to our cashiers. If you do not presernt you card at the time of payment, the points can not be awarded to your card.?
The benefits you receive must be used within the given time period.
We will give you your miles to your Air China Companion Card according to the card number you filled in on your application form. If you don¡¯t have an Air China Companion Card, you will not be able to enjoy this benefit.

Phoenix Card Upgrade
When you acquire 30,000 points you will become a Silver Card Member within one year after receiving Phoenix Card, and then you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of a Phoenix Silver Card member. The Silver Card is valid for one year.
When you acquire 60,000 points with your Silver Card within one year you will become a Gold Card member, and then you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of a Phoenix Gold Card member. The Gold Card is valid for one year.

Member Demotion
After you have had your Gold Card for one year and did not accumulate 60,000 points, your Gold Card will expire and you will receive a Silver Card, and receive all the benefits of a Silver Card member. The Silver Card is valid for one year.
After you have had your Silver Card for one year and have not accumulated 30,000 points, your Silver Card will expire and you will receive a Phoenix Card, and receive all the benefits of a Phoenix Card member. The Phoenix Card is valid for one year.
After you have had your Phoenix Card for one year and did not accumulate 10,000 points, your Phoenix Card will expire, and you will need to apply for a new card if you still would like to be a Phoenix Club Member.

Important Accumulation Remarks
The Phoenix Card you received is very important for you to receive your points and numerous benefits and cannot be used by another guest. You will need to create your own personal password.
When you check out or pay your bill, please make sure to show your card to the receptionist or cashier.
If you forget to show your card, we apologize but our hotel cannot give you benefits or points after you check-out. If many members consume together, the points will be put into one member¡¯s account.
During your stay when you charged our restaurants, recreation and entertainment items to your room in our facilities, you need to show your card, the cashiers will only be able to give you your discounts. Your points will just be calculated when you check-out.
Please keep your receipts and bills, to be used to confirm point total.
If you lose your card, please inform Sales Department quickly and you will need to pay for the card, and then we can give you a new card.

Checking your Points and Coupons
By giving your Phoenix Card to our Sales Department or any cashier can tell you your point total, and coupon status.

Member
Phoenix Hotel Inner Mongolia staff are not eligible to be members of the Phoenix Club.
By signing the application form, the member is agreeing to the rules, regulations, and future supplements of the Phoenix Club.
The Phoenix Hotel Inner Mongolia has the right to cancel a members card based on the following:
The hotel resrves the right to cancel membership in case of the following circumstances:

  1. Any form of fraud with the use of the card
  2. If the member fails to meet any of the requirements for membership.?

Point Accumulation Rules
Every member¡¯s points will be carefully calculated. Points cannot be transferred, combined together, or redeemed as cash.
The Phoenix Hotel Inner Mongolia has the final say if the member is qualified to receive miles. If the member violates any rules of this program, the hotel has the authority to cancel their membership.

Point Priority Rules
In the event that the government requires taxes from the benefits of this Club, it is the member¡¯s responsibility to pay them.
Coupons and points must be used within the date of validity. After the expiration date, the points and coupons cannot be redeemed.

If any of your contact information changes, please let us know.
In the event of discrepancy between Chinese and English in this handbook, Chinese will prevail.
If any clause of this handbook is changed or cancelled, a new handbook will be created and the previous handbook will be invalid.
If there are any discrepancies then the member and the Phoenix Hotel will contact a mediator of Hohhot.This program is the property of the Phoenix Hotel Inner Mongolia and we have the ultimate authority.
